As founder and president of Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc., Chris Rapczynski has spent three decades transforming Boston's architectural landscape. His path in construction began in Boston's Back Bay, where he worked as a carpenter and craftsman, mastering the intricacies of historic home renovations. This foundation in hands-on construction shaped his vision when he launched his design/build firm in 1993.
Rapczynski's work has earned widespread industry recognition, with accolades including the Boston Society of Architects Design Award, an AIA HUD Housing Access Award, and multiple Best of Houzz Awards.
